It’s always great to hear from you Dr. John Holmes Bennett. We spent a week in Salt Lake City last year and should have made the drive to Boise. I’m no longer the trencherman I used to be but maybe together we can put a dent on Big Judds. I miss you, too, my friend.

The next time I am in Applecookie, you will have to meet me at “My Mom’s.” That biscuit and gravy looks like it is to die for. Then we can go over to K&I (if it is still there). You need to make it up here to Boise, ID so I can take you to Big Judds. I would like for you to take the Big Judds’ challenge to eat the whole thing in an hour. I miss you.
