We both order the Old Timer, she added cheese and I green chile. We had iced tea and she ordered fries and I the fried green beans with green chile mayo. I tried to persuade her not to order the fries as the last time I was there they were as limp as cooked linguine. She commented that they’d always been crisp and I said not any more. The burgers came and were cooked as ordered. Fried green beans were good, the fries were pale and limp and she ate a few and said No Bueno. So why have the fries gone down hill? My guess is a new chef that doesn’t know how to double fry potatoes.
The fries were pale, not crispy on the outside or fluffy on the inside. Really bad, don’t order them. Will I go back, sure, for a burger and the fried green beans.

I like the fried green beans and the addictive fries with the green chile mayo, wish they had a jalapeno thousand island. The are consistent and I like a place I can count on for quality every time.
